About PH Bingo

PH Bingo is an online gaming platform built specifically for players in the Philippines. Whether you're into fast-paced slot games, live sports betting, or shooting fish for big prizes, PH Bingo brings it all together in one place — accessible right from your phone or browser.

We know questions come up, especially when you're trying something new. That's why this FAQ page exists: to give you straight, clear answers so you can get back to playing without unnecessary delays. If you don't find what you need here, reach out to our support team directly — details are in the footer below.

All deposits and winnings are handled in PHP (Philippine Peso), and we support the payment methods most Filipinos already use — like GCash, Maya, and online banking. No need to deal with unfamiliar currencies or complicated processes.

Account & Registration

Creating an account is straightforward. Head over to our Register page, fill in your mobile number or email address, set a secure password, and complete the OTP verification step. Once verified, your account is active and ready to use. The whole process usually takes under three minutes.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and play on PH Bingo. This is a firm requirement, and we take responsible gaming seriously. During the KYC verification process, we may ask for a valid government-issued ID to confirm your age and identity. Players who do not meet the age requirement will have their accounts suspended.

No. Each player is allowed one active account on PH Bingo. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balances. If you've accidentally created two accounts or are having trouble accessing your original one, contact our support team and we'll sort it out for you.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification helps us keep the platform safe for everyone. You'll be asked to upload a clear photo of a valid government-issued ID — such as a PhilSys National ID, Passport, Driver's License, or UMID. The review typically takes 24 to 48 hours. Once approved, you'll be able to access full deposit and withdrawal limits.
Deposits & Withdrawals

PH Bingo accepts deposits in PHP (Philippine Peso) through popular local payment options including GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking or bank transfer. These are the most convenient options for players based in Manila, Cebu, Davao, and across the Philippines. All transactions are processed in PHP, so there are no currency conversion fees on your end.

Withdrawal processing times vary depending on the method you choose. For GCash and Maya transfers, most requests are completed within a few hours on regular business days. Bank transfers may take one to two banking days. Make sure your account is fully verified before requesting a withdrawal, as unverified accounts will have withdrawal requests placed on hold.

Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method. Log in to your account and check the Deposit section for the current limits applicable to your chosen method. If you have trouble completing a deposit, contact support and we'll walk you through it. We've kept the minimums accessible so you can start playing without needing a large initial top-up.
Games & Betting

PH Bingo offers a wide range of games to suit all kinds of players. You'll find slot games, fish games, live casino tables, eBingo, and online poker. On the sports side, you can bet on Basketball (PBA and NBA), Volleyball, Boxing, Football, and Esports events. We regularly update our game library, so there's always something fresh to try.

Some game categories on PH Bingo offer a demo or practice mode so you can explore the gameplay before committing real PHP. Check the individual game listing on our Platform page to see which titles support free play. Demo mode is a great way to get familiar with rules, features, and betting options at your own pace.

Our Sports and Betting sections let you place wagers on live and upcoming events. You'll see the odds, select your bet type (moneyline, handicap, over/under, etc.), enter your stake in PHP, and confirm. Winnings are credited to your account balance once the event result is confirmed. Always review the odds and game rules before placing a bet.
Security & Account Safety

Yes. PH Bingo uses SSL encryption to secure all data transmitted between your device and our servers. Your personal and financial information is stored with strict access controls. We do not share your data with third parties except as required for payment processing and regulatory compliance. For full details, review our Privacy Policy.

If you think your account has been accessed without your permission, change your password immediately through the account settings page. If you're unable to access your account, contact our support team right away — they can temporarily lock the account while the issue is being investigated. Never share your OTP or password with anyone, including people claiming to be PH Bingo staff.
Mobile & App

Visit our Download page for step-by-step instructions on how to install the PH Bingo app on your Android or iOS device. The app gives you full access to all games, betting markets, and your account — exactly the same experience as the desktop version, optimised for your phone screen.

No. PH Bingo is fully accessible through your mobile browser — just open phbingocom.app on Chrome or Safari and log in. The site is responsive and works smoothly on smartphones and tablets. Downloading the dedicated app is optional but recommended for a faster, more streamlined experience.
VIP & Rewards

The PH Bingo VIP programme rewards loyal players with tiered benefits. As you play more, you accumulate points and progress through VIP levels. Higher tiers generally come with better perks — things like dedicated support, priority withdrawals, and exclusive member benefits. Visit the VIP page for a full breakdown of what each tier offers.

PH Bingo offers various promotions and bonuses for new and existing players from time to time. Since offers and their specific terms change regularly, we recommend checking the homepage or logging into your account for the most current promotions available to you. Please always read the applicable terms before claiming any bonus.
Responsible Gaming

We believe gaming should be enjoyable, not stressful. PH Bingo supports responsible play through tools that help you manage your activity — including deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options. If you feel your gaming habits are becoming a concern, we encourage you to review our Responsible Gaming page for guidance on setting personal limits and seeking support.

Yes. If you need a break, you can request a temporary suspension or permanent closure of your account by contacting our support team. We handle these requests promptly and without judgment. Taking a break when you need one is always the right call. Remember: gambling should always be for entertainment, never as a way to earn income or recover losses.
